This traditional handwoven dhoti features a rich maroon or wine-red kara against a soft off-white cotton body. The darker border creates a sharp yet elegant contrast while retaining the traditional character of a Kerala mundu. The broad kara has a subtle sheen and is framed with fine maroon lines and silver-white highlights. A secondary thin maroon line runs above the main border, creating a simple layered finish. Woven on traditional handlooms in Kerala, this dhoti combines classic kasavu styling with a rich maroon colour palette. It is suitable for Onam, Vishu, temple functions, weddings and traditional ceremonies.
